    The fibre is 100% true carbon. Parts are made by several layers of carbon fibre texture pre-preg with epoxy resins. Those layers are placed inside the piece mould. Then, the mould is put in the autoclave, into a vacuum-packed sack, and set to cooking.

    Obtained parts are very good finished, very much resistant and coated by transparent polish. They are accurately selected and are in the first choice of the manufacturer Plastic Bike.
    We'd like to make clear, however, that being the carbon fibre in sight (for it is just varnished with transparent paint), some working micro-imperfections can be noticed.
    Technically, they could be even eliminated, but the costs of finished product would be almost tripled. In fact, parts that are painted (not with varnish) do not show any defects, for surface, before being painted, is treated with a covering coat that cancels all micro-imperfections.

    Parts are ready to be mounted with all necessary holes and attachments. In some cases, holes are smaller than stock hardware so that the part can be better adjusted on the bike.

    External surface can be painted or left as it looks.

    Power Commander adjustable engine management systems (ECU), electronic gears and accessories for motorbikes and maxi-scooters

    Power Commander
    They are only used on 4T engines with electronic fuel-injection.
    Allows to adjust the fuel curve acting on injection, on baffle position and on the pressure in the intake manifold.

    A separate unit for advance control can be added. Anyway, we suggest to vary the advance only when using gasoline with octane number higher or equal to 98 (like Shell V-Power or Agip Blu Super). In some cases, by the advance control unit, it is possible to vary the number of engine rev. at which the limiter operates.

    Carburetion can be varied for each cylinder separately. It is also possible to vary the advance for each cylinder separately by adding the advance control unit.
    The use of Power Commander considerably increases performances and allows to bring engine carburetion into line with any conversion, replacement of the exhaust system, air filter, etc.

    They can be easily connected directly to the bike original management system. You just have to remove the connector from the original management system and connect it to the Power Commander, then join the Power Commander connector to the original management system.
    For programming, a software and a PC link cable are supplied in the kit (an USB port is used).
    Different stages of basic adjustment are available to fit all your carburetion requirements (when ordering, please mention exhaust system and air filter mounted on your bike and any modification on your engine). By using the PC interface included in the kit, you can however change the parameters at your choice.
    Dynojet regularly update its mapping and you will find the latest ones at www.powercommander.com web site.
    It's also possible to make approximate adjustments of ignition only, directly on the management system, by the three buttons thereon. The LED display will facilitate tuning.

    NOTE
    In order to get your Power Commander with the correct basic programming, please specify in the "Notes" section:
    - exact model of your bike
    - production year of your bike
    - exhaust system you are currently using (brand, only silencer or complete, racing or approved)
    - air filter you are currently using
    - any other changes made in the engine or in the air-box.

    QuickShifter electronic gear
    Allows to change gears increasing without turning off the gas and without pulling the clutch lever, just like in speed races.
    In fact, turning off the gas, even a bit, slow down the times on the lap and can make the difference between a victory or a defeat.

    Once the device is installed on the bike, the pilot can increase gear just operating on the gear shift. The Quick Shifter works on the engine ignition directly. Intervention time can be adjusted by the software supplied.
    The user can also adjust the engine minimum rate by which the system will work. This prevents from making the system work at a lower rev rate than that indicated, for instance in case of street driving at low speed.

    The Quick Shifter must be used with and connected to the PCIIIusb Power Commanders exclusively. No changes to the electric system and stock wiring of the bike are needed. The electronic gear is made of a sensor to be installed on the gear pedal and connected to the PCIIIusb.

    Different standard solutions are available, or specific for some particular bike models, for quick mounting with no need of changing or making anything.

    Multifunction hub
    Kit includes multifunction hub with Cd Rom for firmware updating, map selector switch with wiring and switch mount on the handlebar. When connected to the PCIIIusb, all new Power Commander fittings can be used. By the selector included, 2 different mapping can be chosen. It's very useful during competitions and also for touring, choosing between"low consumption" and "performance" mapping.

    All kits are specifically made for different bike models and can be mounted using original supports. Necessary hardware for easy mounting (washers, bolts, nuts, springs, etc.) is included.

    By using the UE approved silencers (approved version with silenced cap dB killer), you will not get any advantages as to power and torque compared with stock silencers, but only weight decrease.
    Anyhow, power increase is independent of silencer shape and materials.

    Inner part (dB killer) of all UE approved Arrow silencers can (dB killer) be pulled out for cleaning and regeneration. Removal of inner part will change the approved silencer into a racing one, increasing performances but compromising compliance to UE approval. Track driving only will be therefore allowed.
    Together with UE approved exhaust systems a Certificate of Approval is issued to be attached to the logbook.


    Performances can be further improved by using the Dynojet Power Commander together with the corresponding K&N / FBF air filter.
